Wairarapa Spring Garden Tour
Friday 9 November to
Sunday 11 November 2018
The Wairarapa Spring Garden Tour features the popular Wairarapa Gardens weekend; an annual fundraiser for the Pukaha Mount Bruce wild life sanctuary.
Our first afternoon includes free-time in Greytown for your choice of designer boutique shopping, a picturesque country cycle ride, a heritage walk, a visit to the Cobblestone museum... there's certainly no shortage of activities and sights to choose from in this pretty town.
The highlight of the weekend is the opportunity to visit a variety of private gardens in central and south Wairarapa. Welcome Tours will provide a varied itinerary to delight our guests. The first garden announced for this year's programme is Old Tablelands, home to the garden shed and buxus below.
On Sunday we are in for a treat with wine-tasting and platters at the celebrated Poppies vineyard.
